We are seeking to be Kingdom builders with Christ for the next generation of believers that will call Park Avenue Baptist Church their home in Christ! We started in 1955 as a church plant.
5“I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you—but when you live separated from me you are powerless….7 But if you live in life-union with me and if my words live powerfully within you—then you can ask whatever you desire and it will be done. 8 When your lives bear abundant fruit, you demonstrate that you are my mature disciples who glorify my Father!
9 “I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts…11 My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!

We are seeking to go A.S.L.O. as a family of believers with Christ as our head and foundation (1 Cor. 3:10-11) we will seek to stay connected with Christ’s living, holy spirit as we continue to live and grow in our understanding about what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
To go A.S.L.O. is to daily -- Abide-with Christ; Saturate ourselves with the Scriptures of God’s word; Listen-Discern God’s voice and then Obey- Respond, to what God is prompting you to do!
So, when we seek to abide, remain or live in our life-source, the vine of Christ, God will grow us in humility, power, faith and service on the and the fruitful faith, worship and service that he intends for us experience! May the joy of the Lord be our strength!!
